Delivery and collection

EPE's delivery services are governed for South African orders. Collection is available only where it is specifically offered for the order or confirmed by EPE.

Shipping charges

Shipping depends on the governed shipping profile, destination zone, courier/service and, where applicable, actual or volumetric weight. EPE does not promise general free shipping.

If a valid governed rate applies, the charge is shown before the customer accepts the order. If no valid rate applies, shipping is quote required or handled as manual freight. Missing configuration is never treated as R0 shipping.

Product characteristics

EPE only uses packed weight, dimensions, fragile/special-handling and collection facts where they are available from governed product data. It does not invent those measurements.

Delivery issues

Please inspect delivered parcels as soon as reasonably possible and contact EPE about visible transit damage, missing items or an incorrect delivery. The Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the remedies available for those circumstances.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable South African consumer law. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the applicable law prevails.
